Automatic refunds

If we can't deliver your fax after 3 attempts, or something goes wrong on our end, we refund you in full automatically. You don't need to ask. Refunds usually appear on your card within 5–10 business days.

Delivered faxes

Once a fax is delivered, the cost of sending it has been incurred, so we don't normally refund it. If you were charged twice, or something else went wrong, email help@faxmydoctor.com with your order link and we'll make it right.
